In the summer of 2018, Flemish student Frédéric Cabistan completed an internship at the Centre for East Belgian History. At the time, he had completed his studies at the Universities of Antwerp, Leuven, and Vienna. During his internship, he produced an interesting document: He made a film about his perception of East Belgium. His reading of the area is influenced by his own perspective and his origins close to the Dutch-Belgian and Walloon-Flemish borders.
