At the age of 15, our mother began to write down songs that were sung at that time.
The songs are about love and longing, about war and farewell.
Over 80 songs and also sayings fill this booklet, which is now 76 years old. It is a collection of almost forgotten songs.
Her love of singing helped her through some difficult moments – especially the war.
We are convinced that music is a blessing for many people because, as we know, wherever people sing and play, they like to settle down.
